Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that the use of the Bubble Balloon House involves certain inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, and other potential injuries that may occur due to equipment use, environmental conditions, or user behavior.

I certify that all participants using the Bubble Balloon House are in good health and do not have any condition that would prevent safe participation. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted inside the Bubble House, and adult supervision is required at all times.

 

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Pop & Pose, its owners, agents, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while using the Bubble Balloon House, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

Rental Rules

  1. No shoes, sharp objects, food, or drinks allowed inside the Bubble House.

  2. No climbing or hanging on the structure.

  3. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  4. No pets or animals allowed inside.

  5. Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited near the Bubble House.

  6. No fire or fire works around the Bubble House 

 

Damage & Cleaning Policy

The hired  is responsible for any damage to the Bubble Balloon House caused by misuse or failure to follow rules. A cleaning or repair fee may be charged if the structure is returned excessively dirty or damaged.

 

Photo/Video Release

I grant Pop & Pose  permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise indicated below.
